Consent & Agreement

Alcohol Consumption
I understand that wine is served during the event and take full responsibility for drinking responsibly. I release the organisers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents of Sip & Paint Malta from any claims or liability for injury or damage to myself or others.

Medication Disclosure
I confirm that I have not consumed any medication that may interact with alcohol before or during the event.

Food Allergies / Dietary Requirements
I confirm that I have informed the organisers of any food allergies or dietary needs. If I fail to do so, I release Sip & Paint Malta from any liability resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Health & Safety
I understand that while the organisers aim to ensure a safe environment, some risks may be beyond their control. I agree not to hold them liable for any incidents unless caused by gross negligence.

Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that cancellations made within 5 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Photography & Video Consent
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and I choose the following:

• I consent to photos/videos being taken of me.
• I consent to media being used on social media and for future marketing.

Respecting Others’ Privacy
I agree to respect others’ privacy and be mindful of what I post online.

Data Retention
I understand that this data will be stored for 3 years, then securely deleted in line with Maltese law.

Jurisdiction
I acknowledge that this agreement is governed by Maltese law.

Language Acknowledgement
I confirm I understand English and fully understand this Consent Form.
